New Territories Women & Juveniles Welfare Association was established in 1965. Shortly after its establishment, it founded a non-profit-making kindergarten in Bo Shek Mansion, Tsuen Wan, followed by the establishment of New Territories Women & Juveniles Welfare Association Limited as recommended by the New Territories district officers and squires. Its mission in the early days was to fight for the welfare of women and juveniles, promote cultural and recreational activities, provide school subsidy to needy students, help women mediate family disputes, respect for the old and care for the young, and provide support for widows and the poor.
Established in 1992 by Ms Leung Sing Tak J.P., our school is a non-profit-making nursery school in the Tsing Yi District joining the Kindergarten Education Scheme of the Education Bureau. We provide whole-day schooling and childcare services for children in the district to cater for the needs of double-income parents.
